Att. Boris Adžić
Boris has considerable experience in advising clients on concluding contracts, conducting litigation, representing in administrative proceedings and administrative disputes.
During his six-year career in the prestigious law firm “Jovović, Mugoša & Vuković”, Boris specialized in the field of real estate, property matters and urban planning, and also gained experience in concluding and interpreting contracts according to “FIDIC” rules. In addition, he also works on commercial law and intellectual property, where he represented the interests of clients before the court and in proceedings for the protection of rights before the competent administrative authorities.
His previous work experience in the media industry makes him able to appreciate the needs of clients in this area, primarily in the case of violation of the rights of individuals and legal entities through means of public information. Boris also has experience in representation in arbitration proceedings. He also defended clients in several well-known criminal proceedings
